To my readers,
I was hoping to get back to writing my blog on a more regular basis once the Campbells left; however, as it turns out, I've been very busy the last couple of weeks getting my dad into assisted living (something that wasn't expected). I'll be continuing to do that over the next few weeks.
However, I did want to say that we had a couple days of successful events with Dr. T. Colin Campbell and his wife, Karen along with Nelson Campbell and his wife, Kim. They stayed at my house and I picked them up and took them to the airport. It was a great chance to get to know each of them, and the pleasure of doing it was all mine.
We had a couple successful days with the Campbells here in Hilton Head and Bluffton, South Carolina. We packed the theaters for two nights with showings of PlantPure Nation. It went really well, and I was happy to host them.
Tomorrow I will be attending the Food=Medicine Conference in Atlanta. I have talked about that conference before in my blog postings and I hope that my readers have signed up for it. It has an exciting lineup of speakers. I want to credit my friend Benji Kurtz for pulling it together and for all his hard work in making it happen. I know that it's going to be a successful conference and I think it will even become better each year.
After that, I will be back to helping my dad move. Hopefully that will settle down over the next week or two and I can get back to my passion for writing. In the mean time, please feel free to search and surf on my blog site. There are plenty of old posts to be reading.
