Back from Atlanta and Ready to Cook

Tomorrow, my daughter will be helping me to cook as we prepare meals for the week while Susan Safranek films us for SCTV. Here's just a few of the ingredients we will be preparing:

I stopped at Publix on the way home to get ready. My cart is chock full of vegetables.

I'll be making a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner for the week. Here's what I'm making:

  • Jim's Better Than Bed and Breakfast Steel-Cut Oatmeal
  • Jim's 7-Bean and Barley Soup
  • Engine 2 Diet Sweet Potato Lasagna
I do love that lasagna!
