The ingredients for this great tasting dish included:
- Diced celery root (a new taste experience for me)
- Peeled and diced rutabaga
- Peeled and diced acorn squash
- Chopped onions
- Salt and pepper
- Ground nutmeg
- Dry white wine
- White beans (from cans)
- Vegetable broth
- Thyme
- Tomato paste
- Fresh sage
