Jim's Vegan Strawberry-Banana Non-Dairy Treat

Tonight, I really wanted something soft to eat. Oatmeal or oat bran was an option, but instead I opted to make a dairy-like (think ice cream that's not ice cream) treat. I made my dairy-like treat totally out of strawberries and a banana. There was not one other single ingredient in the whole dish. And boy was it good!

I started by peeling and slicing one banana and slicing three large strawberries.

I then took those sliced strawberries and bananas and put them in the freezer for about an hour and a half. Once good and frozen, I removed them from the freezer and put them into the food processor.

I put the cap on the food processor and hit the Blend button. I let the food processor run until everything was blended and creamy.

And here's the nice cold, frozen treat that I had:

I couldn't tell the difference between it and any banana-strawberry ice cream that I've ever had in the past. This was a great treat. Just wish I had used two bananas and six strawberries. I could have enjoyed it even longer.
