From Pot to Table

Tonight, my daughter made One Pan Farro for dinner. Here are the before and after pictures:

It's all in the pot ready to be cooked

And now it's on the table, ready to be eaten

Excellent dish and very easy to make! To keep it vegan, we left the parmesan cheese off. And for the non-vegans in the family, pieces of cooked chicken were added to the mix (not shown here).
