A Really Simple Meal

Tonight's meal was really simple to make.


All I did was take some whole wheat ziti


and add some cut-up zucchini, yellow squash and onion, which I then cooked in Carrettera sauce, which is made with whole peeled tomato, basil, garlic and pine nuts.

The side dish is California Quinoa Salad, which I purchased at Whole Foods Market in Savannah. It consists of quinoa, edamame, mango, raisins, dried unsweetened coconut, almonds, yellow bell pepper, red bell peppers, red onion, red wine vinegar and cilantro.
